Club SSPACE Organizes CSUSB in National ‘Stand Up for Science’ Protest Against Federal Cuts

On March 7th, students and faculty at CSUSB joined the national protest against federal employee firings and federal funding cuts that threaten scientific research and progress. It was inspiring to see our community come together to defend the integrity of science and stand in solidarity with those affected.

Science is the foundation of innovation, discovery, and progress. Cutting support for research and silencing experts only sets us back. Thank you to everyone who came together today to support one another, to stand up for truth, and to fight for the future of science.
